“Growing up on Clayoquot Sound in Tofino, BC, I have a deep-seated connection with the water. Some of my first ever photos were of surfing – with many hours spent capturing my childhood friends in the local waves. For me, photography has always been about being outside, interacting with the elements and shooting my friends doing outdoor activities we all love. Swimming around in the surf, camera in hand, continues to be a special part of my work as a photographer.”
